Return Policy for Tea Boutique

Our return policy lasts for 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your tea products and related items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in their original packaging. If some items are damaged, such as tea gift boxes, tea bags, metal tea set accessories, etc., they cannot be returned. If the tea products do not meet your standards, you can return them, but we need further proof. If the products are found to be in good condition (packaging boxes, tea itself, accessories, etc.), they cannot be returned. To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Tea products with obvious signs of use.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts, due to reasons beyond Tea Boutique's control (such as how the products are processed/delivered).
  • Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery.

REFUNDS:

Once the returned tea products are received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned items. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days. If you have not yet taken possession of the goods, we will refund the amount once you have taken possession of the goods.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:

If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account first, as it may take some time before your refund is officially issued. EXCHANGES:

We only replace tea items if they are faulty or damaged. If you would like to exchange for the same tea products, email us at (TeaBoutique6@outlook.com, Whatsapp:44 7424 244742), and if you receive approval, please send the items to the designated return address.

TO REMEMBER:

You will be responsible for paying your shipping charges for returning the tea items. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you refuse the parcel for reasons beyond Tea Boutique's control, you are not eligible for a return or refund. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time may vary for your exchanged tea products to reach you. If you are sending an item over $500, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned items.
